Yoga is a fantastic way to help improve the immune system. The yoga poses and movements exercise the body in many ways that would not normally occur. This combination of breathing and stretching works wonders on our bodies. And that is a great reason to take our Oakville yoga classes.

Some poses like “Tortoise” practiced regularly stimulate the thymus gland to produce antibodies.  The Thymus glad is important in that is responsible in production of required antibodies that control and combat viral and bacterial infections
