The retreat is hosted at Saha House – a beautiful modern timber framed yoga centre nestled in 16 acres of countryside – close to the Bay of Quinte and 15 minutes from Picton…. providing a peaceful and serene environment to relax and re-energize. The facility is smoke, alcohol, and meat free and has an infrared sauna and bicycles.

Simple clean comfortable rooms to sleep 2 3 4 or 5 people

Meals…..

Deliciously healthy vegetarian cuisine

(two meals daily) prepared and served by our hosts Linda and Mike.  Fruit, snacks, juices and teas are always available

4.00 – 6.00 pm             Arrive at Saha – time to relax, settle in and meet                                                 your hosts Linda and Michael

5.30 – 6.30 pm             Gentle Hatha Stretch led by Melinda

7.00 – 8.00 pm             Dinner

8.45 – 9.30 pm             Greeting Circle by candlelight

Saturday

7.00 – 8.00 am                Meditation space with Melinda

8.00 – 8.15 am             Tea, juice, fruit

8.30 – 9.45 am             Hatha Yoga led by Denise

10.00 – 11.00 am         Brunch

11.30 – 12.15 am         Nourish your Body with Susan

12.30 – 5.00 pm           Free time (bike, walk, relax, visit a winery or discover the local artisan stores in Bloomfield, Picton or Wellington

5.30 – 6.45 pm             Flow Yoga led by Denise

7.00 – 8.15 pm             Dinner

8.45 – 9.30 pm             Tasting meditation

Sunday

7.30 am                        Tea, juice, fruit

8.00 – 9.15 am             Gentle morning yoga led by Melinda

9.30 – 10.00 am           Walking meditation with Denise

10.30 – 11.30 am         Closing session led by Denise and Melinda

11.45 – 12.45 pm         Brunch

1.00 pm onwards        Departure
