Really, How Bad Is Sugar for Humans ?
 
Whats all the fuss about sugars , corn syrup , organic agave nectar ,organic honey , table sugar which ones are bad and which ones are good for us ?

 

The answer is not what many people think. Many people have switched to Organic agave nectar as a natural sweetener lately to avoid the known problems with other sugars/sweetners such as HFCS high fructose corn syrup. Many are unaware that most agave is chock full of fructose.

 

you could call agave – high fructose agave as agave tests anywhere from 59% to upwards of 67% fructose by content. So to consume agave to avoid fructose is not really helping you elimate the dangerous fructose from your diet. Consuming agave thinking you are avoiding fructose gives you a false sense of realityand can actually be damaging your health worse because you were unaware of your higher fructose consumption.

 

Please keep in mind that High fructose corn syrup by volume has only 55% fructose. So organic agave tests as super high fructose much worse than High Fructose Corn Syrup everyone is trying to avoid.Remember Fructose is different from other sugars metabolically in the body and causes so much
damage.
