  7 Yoga Tips for Beginners 1. Beginners Should Become familiar with the Poses. As you step foot onto your mat for your first beginner class, place the focus on getting familiar with the names of the poses and how to move in and out of them. Become aware of your bodies alignment.  Step into each pose without any expectations, without any judgement of how you look or if you are doing the pose correctly.  Listen to your bodies signals and be in the moment. 2. Mind Awareness is key for Beginners. From the first yoga breath you take, begin to cultivate awareness. Take a moment to notice if you can tune out thoughts of the past or future.  Focus on the sound of breathing and how you feel in that very moment. Tune into the notion that each time you come into a posture it will be a different experience. HOW TO MAKE SEASONED FRESH CHEESE

Make Your Very Own Fresh Cheese in One Hour From 1-½ gallons of milk Time required: About one hour 1. Set up moistened cheesecloth in a colander. 2. Squeeze 1 cup of lime, lemon or sour-orange juice into a bowl and set aside. 3. Bring one and one half gallons of whole milk to a boil, stirring frequently to avoid scorching. Once the milk starts to boil, lower the heat to minimum. 4. Add 1 cup of boiling water to the bowl of citrus juice. Pour the citrus mixture into the milk and stir to mix. 5. Stir gently as the white curds separate from the greenish liquid whey.  Don't forget to turn off the heat. 6. Dip out the curds with a strainer. Put the curds into the cheesecloth in the colander. Gather up the curd bundle in the cheesecloth. The Fresh Home Made Cheese Curds are Now Done. 7. Wash the bundle under cold water to remove the citrus taste and to help cool the cheese. 8.
